About these terms

leplue.com is operated by Aurora Atelier Incorporated, trading as LE PLUÉ ("we", "us" or "our"). These terms apply to use of our online store and purchases made through it. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Please read these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and 12-month limited warranty.

Who may order and where we deliver

You must be of legal age to enter into a purchase contract, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. We currently sell and deliver only within the 50 United States and Washington, DC. We do not accept international orders or preorders.

Products, prices and payment

Products are subject to availability. We aim to describe and photograph them accurately, but colours may appear differently on different screens. Prices for U.S. orders are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable tax and any selected delivery charges are shown before you pay. We will not charge an additional amount without your authorization.

If we discover a material pricing, description or availability error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer a correction you can accept or cancellation with a refund. We may decline or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment, an unsupported destination or unavailable stock. Any payment taken for a cancelled item will be refunded.

Orders, delivery and cancellation

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We send tracking information when the order is dispatched. Delivery and delay procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We can accept cancellation before fulfillment; once dispatched, our return process applies.

Returns and warranty

You may request a return of an unused bag within 30 days of delivery under our Return and Refund Policy. The customer pays shipping for a change-of-mind return; we cover approved defective, damaged or incorrect-item returns. Our bags carry a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Using the website

Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, attempts to gain unauthorized access, or interference with its operation. Website photographs, videos, designs and text belong to us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may browse and use the website for personal shopping; other uses require permission unless permitted by law.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information and how to exercise your choices. Payment services and links to other websites may have their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control third-party websites. Our responsibility for your purchase remains subject to these policies and applicable law.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. Contact us if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it.
