Effective for purchases made on or after November 3, 2026.

12-month limited warranty

Aurora Atelier Incorporated, trading as LE PLUÉ (the warrantor), warrants that a new LE PLUÉ bag purchased directly from leplue.com will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty covers purchases delivered within the 50 United States and Washington, DC. The original purchaser or a gift recipient with proof of the original purchase may make a claim.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects in the bag, stitching, handle, included strap and hardware are covered. If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, we will, at no cost to you, repair the bag or replace it with the same or a comparable bag. If a satisfactory repair or replacement is not reasonably available, we will refund the purchase price and applicable tax paid for the affected item. We pay shipping required for an approved warranty remedy.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover normal wear, surface marks from use, natural fading, accidental damage, stains, improper storage, overloading, or damage caused by exposure to water, heat or chemicals. Damage caused by misuse, alteration or an improper repair is excluded; an unrelated repair does not void coverage for an otherwise covered defect. Variations in screen colour alone are not manufacturing defects.

How to make a claim

Contact director@leplue.com within the warranty period with your order number or other proof of purchase and a description of the problem. Photos are helpful where available. We may need to inspect the item to assess the claim. We will explain the next steps and provide a prepaid return method when a return is needed for an approved claim. Do not send the item until we provide instructions.

We will complete an approved remedy within a reasonable time and communicate the expected timing. If a remedy is delayed or cannot be completed, we will discuss an alternative with you. You do not need to register the bag to receive warranty coverage.

Your legal rights

This limited warranty is additional to rights and remedies available under applicable law. It does not exclude or disclaim applicable implied warranties. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Everyday care

Store the bag in its dust bag in a dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid overloading, prolonged moisture and contact with sharp or abrasive objects. Do not machine wash or use solvents. If you are unsure how to treat a mark, contact us before cleaning.
